q       Confirm departure date and tour itinerary with Travel ‘N’ Tours

q       Announce tour to friends, colleagues, and constituency

q       Host a wine & cheese or Sunday afternoon social to discuss tour with prospective tour guests

q       Arrange for Travel ‘N’ Tours representatives to make an audio/visual presentation to prospective tour guests

6 to 3 months in advance of departure date . . .

q       Encourage tour guests to send initial deposits to Travel ‘N’ Tours

q       Contact all those who have expressed an interest in the tour; encourage them to register for the tour

q       Plan sermons, prayer services, lectures, or inspirational moments for use on the tour

q       Receive weekly updates on registered participants from

          Travel ‘N’ Tours

3 months to 1 month in advance of departure date . . .

q       Registrations for tour are finalized; Travel ‘N’ Tours collects final payments from tour guests

q       Air flights and itineraries are confirmed

q       Travel documents and accessories are delivered by Travel ‘N’ Tours to tour guests
